Pricing Terms and Conditions
The following are basic policies and procedures concerning the rental of our equipment. More specific information is located on the Front of the rental contract and both should be read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings or additional charges.
All Rental charges are for time out whether used or not. Prices shown are for one day rental.
Special rates are available for extended rental, when made in advance.
Delivery: Pricing depends on location .
Delivery is to ground floor or garage within a reasonable distance of loading area.
We recommend delivery items the day before scheduled event. Excluding Bounce Houses and concessions .
Bounce Houses can be delivered between 3 hours before to 30 minutes before event your not charged for this.
Bounce houses will be picked up any where between 30 min after your end time up to 3 hours.
Containers are provided for all china, flatware,glassware,etc.
PLEASE CHECK UPON ARRIVAL : and report any damages broken ,missing, or uncleaned equipment prior to use.
Pick up : Tables and chairs should be stacked and ready for pick up. Rinse all china and glassware,flatware etc, free of food and repacked in their delivery containers . Linens should be candle wax and refuse free of food and air dried to prevent staining and mildew. Do not store damp linens in a plastic bag (they will mildew). Linens are expensive; just treat them as if they were your own. Linen hangers and skirting clips need to be returned. An additional charge will be applied when the above conditions are not met. An additional charge will be applied if items do not meet above conditions.
Set Up / Breakdown: Set up and break down service is available at an additional cost, please arrange in advance.
Loss or Damaged : Responsibility for all equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Equipment must be secured and protected from weather when not in use. We do charge for replacing missing broken or damaged equipment.
Reservations and Cancellation: All reservations are required a credit card and a valid driver license for security.
No orders will be delivered or set up until full payments are received.
A deposit of 50 % is required .
Cancellations are subject to 30 days notice any cancellations after will be charge 5o% of deposit .
Deposits insure your event date.
Reservations and Cancellations within 30 days
before event are non refundable only applied toward future booking .

If any of our equipment is unavailable for pickup, for any reason, we charge $25.00 or more for each additional trip.
Party and balloons decor require a minimum deposit of $100.00 to Secure Date non-refundable.
Bouncers and Entertainment : Cash or Credit only will accepted the day before event.
Bounce House Cancellation due to weather or winds above 25 mph will be
reset for a future booking .
